A Scrap Kit of Choice. I used the beautiful Scrap Kit by
Foxys Designz "Winter Frost"
that may be purchased @ (Here)
Font Used on Word Art "Winter Frost (Optional)

Paper10_FD Copy/Paste into Selection
Adjust-Sharpness-Sharpen
Select None
Element24_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 60%, Image-Mirror move Right
Element26_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 35%, Image-Mirror Bottom Left
Add DS 4, 4, 50, 5 BLK
Element34_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 60% move Left
Add DS 4,4,50,5 BLK
You may add word art to this (optional)
You can use your own saying
I used Font: Constantia Size 11
Light color - Dark surface B7D4EA - Far/From
Dark color - Light surface - 05152E Away/Home

Element3_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Click Deform Tool and stretch across the top border
Click Layer Raster 1
Element28_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 50%, center in middle of Canvas
Click Layer Raster 6
Element26_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Place over Element28_FD
Click Layer Raster 5
Element38_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 50%, place upper left
Add DS 4,4,50,5 BLK
Element39_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 50% place next to element38_FD
Add DS 4,4,50,5 BLK
Repeat Element_38_FD and Element39FD
Same settings, on Element39_FD
Move below Layer Raster 10
Click Layer Raster 7
Element40_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 50% move beneath element38 & 40_FD
Click Deform Tool and Tilt just a little bit
Adjust-Sharpness-Sharpen
Click Layer Raster 7
Element5_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 70% move left
Element17_FD, Copy/Paste as New Layer
Resize 30% move unto Frame
Add DS 4,4,50,5 BLK
Repeat 2 more times
and position like mine
Click tube, Duplicate (Shift_D) Close Original
Add tube to your image
X out tube layer
Resize 85%
**make sure (resize all layers) is checked**
undo X on tube layer
Add wordart of choice to your image.
I choose "Winter Frost"
Font used: Christmas on Crack
Size 54 - Color 05152E
Add Noise 25% - Monochrome checked
DS D9D7D7
Add © copyright info
You can now add a border
Add your name and save as a JPEG
Your Done!!
