PTU THINKING OF YOU TUTORIAL 1-15-2013

Materials Needed
A tube of choice. I used the Awesome artwork of
©Kurama Phoenix which can be purchased
@ Creative Outlet Designs (Here)
You will need a license to use her art.
A Scrap Kit of Choice. I used the beautiful Scrap Kit by
Foxys Designz "IB-Kurama Phoenix 4-2"
that may be purchased @ (Here)
C/P = Copy/Paste

DS= Drop Shadow

R= Resize

Let's Begin!

Transparent Image 600 x 250, Select All
Paper1_FD C/P into Selection
Open tube of choice, duplicate (Shift-D)

Close Original

Click Layer Raster 1, C/P into selection

Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur-Radius 10

Effects-Balls & Bubbles

Use my settings:

Shape

 

Surface

 Nothing on Maps

Illumination

Selections-Modify-Contrast by 6

Click delete on your keyboard

Select None

Add Raster Layer

Layer Arrange - Move Down

Select All

Paper1_FD, C/P into Seleciton

Select None

Select Layer Raster 1

Add DS 2,2,55,5

Repeat DS -2,-2,55,5

On your tube of choice C/P on your 

working canvas as you like, you can see

mine for an example.

Resize if necessary, add tube and paste again

Sharpen (optional)

Add DS of choice

I used the following elements.

or follow what I did.

Frame3_FD R- 50%

Element8_FD R- 65%

Element4_FD R- 75%

Layer Duplicate, Image-Flip

Element6_FD R- 35%

Image-Rotate-Free Rotate-Right

 Element5_FD R- 20%

Add DS 3,3,55,5

Element 7_FD R- 40%

Element7_FD R- 50%

Element1_FD

Element3_FD R- 40%

Layer Duplicate-Image Mirror

Element2_FD R-  40%

Add WordArt (optional)

I used Font: Spear - Size 28

Add ©Copyright information

Avatar

Transparent Image 150 x 150

Select All

On your Original Tag X out

©info, Word Art if you added it

Layers-Merge Flatten

Choose Selection Tool and choose an

area of your tag for the avatar.

Then C/P into selection - Select None

Add Border Size 1  

Add ©information

Back to your original tag

Edit-Undo Selection, Undo Merge All, Undo X's

Add Name

Save as JPEG.

Your Done!!
