A tube of choice. I used the Awesome artwork of
©Alex Prihodko which can be purchased @ (PFD)
You will need a license to use his art.
I used the Pretty PTU Scrap Kit
by Heather's Devine Designs
"My Heart Belongs To You"
you can purchase @  (HDD)
Mask used RebelDesignsMask-Mask21
can be found @ (RD)
C/P = Copy/Paste
ANL= As New Layer
NRL= New Raster Layer
DS= Drop Shadow
R= Resize
LD= Layer Duplicate

Let's Begin!
Open Tube & Mask duplicate (Shift-D) close original.
Open transparent image 600 x 600 Select All
pp6 C/P Into Selection
Layer-New Mask Layer, From Image
Layer Merge Group - LD - Select None

Layer - Move Down
LD - Image Mirror
El-44 C/P ANL Add DS Color Blk
Click Layer Raster 2

DS color will be the same unless stated otherwise
LD - Image - Mirror, Layer - Arrange, Move Up

New Raster Layer
Layer Send to Bottom, Select All 

pp5 C/P Into Selection
With eraser tool clean around frame like mine

Click Layer Raster 1
LD - Image Flip - Image Mirror
Click Copy of Raster 4

Add Tube of Choice
Resize if necessary
X out tube layer
Image-Resize 87%

**Make sure Resize All Layers is checked**   
uncheck X on tube layer
Add ©Copyright info & Name
Save as PNG.
Your Done!!
