C/P = Copy/Paste
ANL= As New Layer
NRL= New Raster Layer
DS= Drop Shadow
NRL - New Raster Layer
R= Resize
LD= Layer Duplicate

Open Tube (Shift-D) close original. 

Transparent Image 700 x 700

DD SFJ Element12
C/P ANL R-60% Add DS 2, 2, 50, 5
Again R- 85%
DD SFJ Element11

C/P ANL R-35%

Image - Flip
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen 2 X's
LD - Image - Mirror
LD - Image Flip - LD - Image Mirror
Click Layer Raster 12
DD SFJ Element32

LD - Bring Down

Click Layer Raster 1

Mask of Choice
Layer - Merge - Merge Down

Add © Info and Name
Save as PNG
