otherwise indicated.
C/P = Copy/Paste
ANL= As New Layer
NRL= New Raster Layer
DS= Drop Shadow
NRL - New Raster Layer
R= Resize
LD= Layer Duplicate

Open Tube (Shift-D) close original. 
Transparent Image 700 x 700

C/P ANL R-60% Add DS 2, 2, 50, 5

Again R- 85%
