C/P = Copy/Paste
ANL= As New Layer
NRL= New Raster Layer
DS= Drop Shadow
NRL - New Raster Layer
R= Resize
LD= Layer Duplicate

Open Tube (Shift-D) close original. 
Transparent Image 600 x 600
 
Elements Used

Frame C/P ANL R-150% DS 2,2,70,1

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen 3 X's

 Glitter C/P ANL

Layer - Arrange - Move Down

Eraser Tool - Click inside square

LD - Layer - Merge Down

LD - Image Flip - Image Mirror

Click Layer Raster 2

Guitar C/P ANL DS

Click Layer Raster 2

Eraser Tool - Clean paper outside of frame

Select None

Layer - Arrange - Move Down

Layer - New Mask Layer

Choose RebelDezignsMask-march7a

Select Nonce

LD - Layer - Merge - Merge Down

LD - Image Flip

Resize Image 87%

**All Layers Checked**

Click Layer Raster 8

Sparkle2 C/P ANL

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise

Uniform - 50%

Monochrome checked  

Sparkles C/P ANL

Image - Mirror

Add tube of choice

Resize if necessary

**All Layers Unchecked**

Click Layer Raster 8
