Materials Needed
A tube of choice. I used the Beautiful artwork of
©Roman Zaric which can be purchased @ (RZT)

You will need a license to use his art.
I used the Beautiful PTU Scrap Kit
by Rissas Desings, "Heart's Desire"

 you can purchase @  (RD)

Mask used RebelDesignsMask-3

can be found @ (RD)

C/P = Copy/Paste
ANL= As New Layer
NRL= New Raster Layer
DS= Drop Shadow

NRL - New Raster Layer
R= Resize
LD= Layer Duplicate

Let's Begin!
Open Tube and Mask duplicate (Shift-D) close original.

RD_RoseFrame C/P ANL R 90% Add DS 3,5,93,6

  RD_Bear C/P ANL R 50% Add DS 2,2,55,5

RD_Cupcake2 C/P ANL R 25% Add DS

RD_Worart1 C/P ANL R 40% Add DS

RD_Worart2 C/P ANL R 35% Add DS

RD_Boxofcandy C/P ANL R 25% Add DS

Click Layer Raster 9

RD_HeartDeco3 C/P ANL Add DS

LD - Image Mirror

Click Layer Copy of Raster 9

RD_HeartDeco2 C/P ANL Add DS  

RD_GlitterBalloon C/P ANL Add DS

 RD_LoveString C/P ANL R 65% Add DS

RD_Ribbon C/P ANL R 40% Add DS

Click Layer Raster 2

Select Magic Wand,Click inside Heart 

Selection - Modify Expand 10

Layer NRL, Layer - Arrange- move down

RD_paper6 C/P Into Selection

Select None

 Click Layer Raster 12

RD_Bottle C/P ANL Add DS

RD_Candle C/P ANL Add DS -2,-2,55,5

Layers- Arrange-Move Down

Click Layer Raster 2

RD_Candy1 C/P ANL R 35% Add DS 

 LD use move tool and position 

RD_CupidBow C/P ANL Add DS

RD_LoveHeart C/P ANL Add DS

Click Layer Raster 7

RD_HeartDeco C/P ANL Add DS

Click Layer Raster1, Select All

RD_Paper4 C/P Into Selection

Layer - New Mask Layer

 Layer - Merge Group

Select None

Add Tube of Choice
Resize if necessary
X out tube layer
Image-Resize 90%
**Make sure Resize All Layers is checked**   
uncheck X on tube layer
Add ©Copyright info & Name
Save as PNG.
Your Done!!
