Materials Needed
A tube of choice. I used the Beautiful artwork of
©Alex Prihodko which can be purchased @ (PFD)
You will need a license to use this art.
I used the Beautiful PTU Scrap Kit 
by Tezza's Dezigns, "Spring-A-Ling"

 you can purchase @ (HBC)

Drop Shadow stays the same unless
otherwise indicated.
C/P = Copy/Paste
ANL= As New Layer
NRL= New Raster Layer
DS= Drop Shadow
NRL - New Raster Layer
R= Resize
LD= Layer Duplicate

 
Let's Begin!
Open Tube Shift-D and close the originals

Image - New Transparent Image 600 x 600

Open Frame2 C/P ANL R - 150% Add DS 0,0,55,5

Open Fressias C/P ANL R - 60% Add DS

 Open Frog C/P ANL R - 60% Add DS

 

Click Layer Raster 3

Open Grass C/P ANL Add DS

LD - 6-8 times and position like mine

Click Layer Raster 3 again

 Open HeartFlower C/P ANL R - 60% Add DS

Open HoneySuckle C/P ANL R - 85% Add DS

Open Kite C/P ANL R - 70% Add DS

 Image - Mirror

 

Open LadyBug C/P ANL R - 150% Add DS

Open PorchSwing C/P ANL R - 150% Add DS

Open SpringBirdBoy C/P ANL R - 40% Add DS

Open SpringBirdGirl C/P ANL R - 40% Add DS 

 

Click Layer Raster 2

Magic Wand Tool - Click inside Frame2

Selections - Modify - Expand by 8

Layer - NRL

Layer - Arrange - Move Down

Paint Bucket Tool  - Choose 2 Colors

My Choice

Foreground - Green - C7CD64

Background - Yellow FCDA36

Click Gradient Tab

 Flood Fill this Layer

Select None

Click Layer Raster 8

Layer - Arrange - Move Up

Open Bee C/P ANL R - 50%

Click Copy (2) of Raster 5

Open ButtonFlowerVine C/P ANL

Image - Mirror

Open Chicken2 C/P ANL R - 40% Add DS

Image - Mirror

 

Click Layer Raster 2

Open EasterLily C/P ANL R - 40% Add DS

 LD - 3 Times and Position 

Click Layer Raster 17

Open SnailBoot C/P ANL R - 40% Add DS

 

Image - Resize 85%

**All Layer Checked**

Add Tube of Choice

Resize if Necessary

Font used: Impact #34

Colors:

File - New Image - Transparent 700 x 600

Open Frame3 C/P ANL R - 125% Add DS 2,2,75,3

Move Upward left

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Open Birdhouse2 C/P ANL Add DS

Open Birdie C/P ANL R - 30% Add DS

Open Butterfly C/P ANL R - 50% Add DS

Open ButtonFlowerVine C/P ANL Add DS

move down under Layer Raster 2

LD, Image Mirror - Image Flip - Image Mirror

Eraser Tool - Clean inside Frame3 

for Layer Raster 6 & Copy of Raster 6

 

  Click Layer Raster 1

Open FlowerDoodle C/P ANL R - 65% Add DS  

LD - Image Flip

With Move Tool, move upward a bit like mine

Again Eraser Tool - Clean inside Frame3

for Layer Raster 7 & Layer Copy of Raster 7

Click Layer Raster 3

Open Frame3 C/P ANL

LD - 3 times and position

one to the side a bit and the 

other 2 beneath the top ones

(spread them out a bit like mine)

Click Layer Raster 9

Open HappyFrog C/P ANL

Open HappyCaterpillar C/P ANL R - 65% Add DS

Open Puffles3 C/P ANL R - 65% Add DS

Open Mushroom1 C/P ANL R - 40% Add DS

Open Mushroom2 C/P ANL R - 35% Add DS

Open Mushroom3 C/P ANL R - 45% Add DS

Layer - Move up

Click Layer Raster 9

Open FlowerChild2 C/P ANL R - 50% Add DS

Open Paper7 Copy

Click Layer Raster 2

Magic Wand - Click inside Frame3

Select - Modify - Expand by 10

Layer - NRL

Layer - Arrange - Move down

You should have Layer Raster 16 Active

Paste Into Selection

Select None

 

Crop Tool - See Image

Once you have the Image Cropped

Spread a bit the top - bottom and left side a little bit

then double click on the dark areas

and your image should be cropped 

to about 541 x 598 

give or take a bit.

Word Art (Optional)

Choose a Fat Font

I used Font: Rootin TootinJF

Open Paper12

Text Tool 

Foreground Color - 000000 BLK

Background Color - choose the tab

pattern and click on Paper12

Click Layer Raster 14

Write Text of Choice

I wrote: "Spring is Here"

Move upward and add DS of Choice

Add Tube of choice and 

Resize if necessary

Click Layer Raster 6

LD - Image Flip - Image Mirror

Add ©Copyright Info & Name

Once satisfied with your tag

Layers - Merge Visible

Save as PNG
