Open Tube and Mask (Shift-D) close original.

Deform Tool , Tilt Left a bit and bring up some

SD_Ruby-Satin Bow2 C/P ANL Add DS

SD_Ruby-Deco-Flower1 C/P ANL Add DS

SD_Ruby-Flower1 C/P ANL R-60% Add DS

SD_Ruby-Flower2 C/P ANL R-40% Add DS

D - Move Tool - position in middle

LD - Move Right Upward 

Click Layer Raster 1

SD_Ruby-Glitter1 C/P ANL Add DS

LD - Image Flip - Image Mirror

Layer Merge - Merge Down

Eraser Tool - Clean inside Frame

Click Layer Raster 3

SD_Ruby-Curly Ribbon C/P ANL Add DS

Image Mirror

Click Top Layer

SD_Ruby-Fuzzy Shoe C/P ANL R-40% Add DS

LD - Position like mine

SD_Ruby-Perfume 2 C/P ANL R-40% Add DS

Move under Layer 11

Click Layer Raster 2

Magic Wand Tool - Click inside Frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 8

New Raster Layer - Layer - Arrange -Move Down

SD_Ruby-P10 C/P Into Selection

Select None

Click Layer Raster 1

SD_Ruby-P11 C/P Into Selection

Layer - New Mask Layer - From Image

Choose Mask of choice

Layer - Merge - Merge Group

Select None

LD - Merge Down

Image Resize 85%

**All Layers Checked**

Add tube of choice

** All Layers Unchecked**

Note: If you used the same tube as I did

add the following: 

SD_Ruby-Fluffy Heart2 C/P ANL R-70%

SD_Ruby-Fluffy Heart 1 C/P ANL R-70%

Image Mirror and with move tool move in to position.

Sparkles are optional, add if you like.
